Stop smoking is challenging for many people. Because of its addictive effect smokers are hooked for years trying to stop. 

However it is more than a bad habit, it is an unhealthy life choice with many side effects. But anyone can quit and choose a healthier lifestyle. 

Stop smoking to be cool

Smoking is not cool anymore. We do not live in the ‘Mad Men’. It is now more socially accepted not to smoke. 

Moreover, things change now because we know how much damage smoking can do.

If you need convincing there are eight simple reasons for you to stop smoking. Hence there are reasons not only to protect your health but also others you may find also logical.

Yet smoking is not only affecting you but also the people around you. In addition, it also affects you in ways you do not realize them. 

Therefore you can find at least one reason to convince you. But also you can help a smoker to quit too.

Yet it may be not only about every single one of us but as our society as a whole that is choosing a healthier lifestyle.
