Loving yourself is something that almost no one of us is born into it. In fact, for some of us, it takes us years to achieve it.

Yet in life nothing is easy, especially learning to love yourself.

Growing up, we mostly learn to love others. From religion to culture, we tend to learn that loving others is a rule that we need to obey.

However, the love for own ourselves is something we cultivate much later in life when we finally understand its vital importance.

So we grow up with low self-esteem, seeking why we feel that we are missing a part of ourselves, the part the loves us unconditionally.

But loving ourselves has more benefits than can anyone of us imagine. Science proves that self-love has a powerful impact on our lives.
