Aerial yoga is my new favorite workout. For the past three months, I am a pretty good student going back over and over again.
Although I have been practicing yoga for some years, I never loved yoga so much as now. Becoming aerial helps you to make even the most challenging poses possible in time.
Even though it seems scary to be upside down or trying to make a pose like an acrobat, aerial yoga is actually enjoyable even for beginners.
Yoga does not transform the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.

But it is becoming more interesting as you keep practicing it. As you become more flexible and stronger with every class, your body will surprise you with what it can do.
Within a short time, you will notice that your body can go further to even the most difficult poses.
Moreover, you will start feeling healthier and even slimmer to fit in those skinny jeans.
