Mindfulness is a great practice to include in your daily life. For some time now I am practicing mindfulness and it changed my life.
Hence my stress level is lower than ever and I appreciate every moment of my life. But what I like most is not that you are encouraged to change your life, rather than see life in a different way.
Mindfulness is not being present and not get lost in your thoughts. Because we tend to be consumed with thoughts, feelings and body senses. But we should not be defined by them.
Yet it is a quote difficult practice, at least at first. So I am sharing with you a secret I discovered in my own journey.
In this episode, I am sharing with you a skill that geologists developed through their science that can help in your practice.
If you need further help, you can get the book title ‘Awake in the Wild: Mindfulness in Nature as a Path of Self-Discovery‘ by Mark Coleman. It is a good choice to start your practice by reconnecting with nature through Buddhism techniques.
Have you ever practice mindfulness? We will like to hear all about it below.
