HOW THINKING LIKE A GEOLOGIST CAN HELP IN YOUR MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

Mindfulness is a great practice to include in your daily life. For some time now I am practicing mindfulness and it changed my life. 

Hence my stress level is lower than ever and I appreciate every moment of my life. But what I like most is not that you are encouraged to change your life, rather than see life in a different way.

Mindfulness is not being present and not get lost in your thoughts. Because we tend to be consumed with thoughts, feelings and body senses. But we should not be defined by them.

Yet it is a quote difficult practice, at least at first. So I am sharing with you a secret I discovered in my own journey.

In this episode, I am sharing with you a skill that geologists developed through their science that can help in your practice.
