Beat exhaustion to stay healthy is an advice that everyone is taking seriously. Today’s life hustle is too great for our mental and physical health.
Therefore we need to relax and calm ourselves to beat tiredness. But it is not as easy as it seems sometimes. In many times we are too stress and overwhelmed to relax.
Yet if you do not stop and get some rest, our body can shut down and we end up getting sick.
So this episode I am sharing my own list of things we can do to beat exhaustion and stay healthy.
Tips to beat exhaustion
Firstly sleep is my number one favorite tip to get some rest. However is good quality sleep that relax our mind and our body.
Secondly tiredness is more about boredom. It is important to give pleasure to yourself with your hobbies.
Thirdly eating health and exercising are both equal important. They make you feel energetic and reduce your stress level.
