HOW TO BEAT EXHAUSTION AND STAY HEALTHY

Beat exhaustion to stay healthy is a piece of advice that everyone is taking seriously. Today’s life hustle is too great for our mental and physical health. 

Therefore we need to relax and calm ourselves to beat tiredness. But it is not as easy as it seems sometimes. Many times we are too stress and overwhelmed to relax. 

Yet if you do not stop and get some rest, your body can shut down and we end up getting sick. So this episode I am sharing my own list of things we can do to beat exhaustion and stay healthy. 

The health of the eye seems to demand a horizon. We are never tired, so long as we can see far enough.

Firstly, sleep is my number one favorite tip to get some rest. However, it is a good quality sleep that relaxes our mind and our body.

Secondly, tiredness is more about boredom. It is important to give pleasure to yourself with your hobbies.

Thirdly, eating healthy and exercising are both equally important. They make you feel energetic and reduce your stress level.

Burnout is what happens when you try to avoid being human for too long.

Finally, the habit of not doing anything is the best medicine for your mental health. It shuts down the inner voices, and you can enjoy just being.
