Sun is good for your health. When you are going out in the sun your body makes vitamin D. Hence you become healthier, body, and mind.

Yet it can also cause you a lot of health damage if you stay unprotected. So you should prepare before you are going to the beach this summer.

If you do not take any precaution you can end up sick because of dehydration. But you can also get more serious diseases, like skin cancer.

There’s no such thing as a healthy tan.
