Weight loss can be very hard for anyone who wants to become healthier. 

For me, it has been a journey that I am traveling for the past fifteen years. Yet only the latest six months I made a breakthrough and lost over twenty kilos.

Weight loss should not be intimidating, but there are some steps I took, and I am still taking, that helped me a lot. 

It’s not just about losing the weight; it’s about losing the lifestyle and mindset that got you there.
