Stay hydrated will be my advice for you this summer. It should be your priority for you and your children.
Stay hydrated because our body is losing water fast, especially in the summer, while we are sweating under the hot sun.
Because our body is about 70% water, you must keep hydrated so you are healthy.
Even our heart, brain, and blood have water, so it is only logical we are not letting ourselves dehydrated.
But what if you do not like to drink eight glasses of water every day? For most of us, this seems too much to remember or even do.
Thankfully the are ways not only to remember t drink water but also to take in your body water without drinking it.
