Coffee is one of my most favorites in the world. If I was to be stuck on a desert island, I would have wanted only coffee, chocolate, and my books.
But for years I was concerned about my caffeine addiction. Because of the alarming science of intaking too much caffeine, I was scared about my health.
Yet if you are too a coffeeholic, like me, I have some really good news. Hence science says that it can be good for your health when you drink in moderation.
As the Ancient Greeks were saying “everything in moderation”, this is great advice for how much coffee we drink so we can enjoy the health benefits without worry.
Although there are many health reasons, too much caffeine can have negative effects on our health as well.
