How to plan the year ahead is always on our calendar. Hence we sit and think of what we did last year.
So we set new goals for the next year, hoping that we can achieve them in the end. January is the month we all make our list of the things we want to do.
Yet some of us also do the list of things we have not yet done. By making lists of goals we are getting stress even before we start.
One of the first things we do is to buy the new year’s agenda and divide our time so we can squeeze everything between. But I am sure, you, like me, have difficulty in actually get it done.
A goal without a plan is just a wish.
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Although we keep planning to the final goal, we still do not know how to plan the year so we actually achieve everything on our list.
It is indeed frustrating and disappointing that we have not made our dreams become our reality because of poor planning.
Every idea has tasks and actions to do so we make it real, but we fail to set a sufficient plan.
So if you are in desperate help, I am sharing my method to do so.
Personally struggled a lot because I am a person that tends to do many different things. But time seems not enough to do so.
My method is actually what every scientist is doing when he/she is carrying out research. Hence it is scientifically proved that it works when you want to get tasks done.
So I am showing you an insight into how the scientific community is working for decades now. Hopefully, you can benefit from it and go get some of the ideas out of the cabinet.
In detail, this method relies on three specific steps you need to follow to plan your year. Therefore all of them together are about organization, inspiration, and motivation.
However this ‘how to plan the year‘ strategy works only because of your determination to seek your dreams and think on a plan on how to make them come true.
What you will learn is to test all your hypotheses until you achieve your goal. And share your experience to help others.
Without goals, and plans to reach them, you are like a ship that has set sail with no destination.
Fitzhugh Dodson
