Never getting promoted? Have you ever felt like this? As a woman in science, I am constantly thinking about it.

If you learn statistics, you will understand the problem women in science deal with regarding promotion.

Unfortunately only very few of them get to become professors or lead researchers towards the end of their careers. 

Why can't science work on making women more entitled in general? Or at least get us to listen to those L'Oreal ads that tell us how we're worth it?

But women are not failing science. On the contrary, science is failing women because most of them are never getting promoted
